PRIVATE HOUSE WITH 3 UNITS AND SHARED POOL Our house and 3 apartments are located in a quiet street, just opposite a pine forest, and only two kilometers away from both beach and from the center of Pula. In the outdoor area there is a beautiful and well-kept garden available. The pool was newly built in 2012 and offers a beautiful terrace and plenty of patio furniture. Also 2 places for barbecue are ready for our guests and outdoor shower as well. In front of the house there is also parking available. All our apartments are fully equipped and suitable for families and young couples. We find very important to make you feel like at home and so we try to achieve such an atmosphere in the apartments and in the garden. Hundred meters from the house there is a bus stop to go into the town. Smaller grocery stores, restaurants and even larger shopping centers are available nearby and also within walking distance. APARTMENT A3 The apartment A3 (5 + 1) has a separate entrance and two terraces and has a direct access to the pool. It offers a quiet location and lots of privacy and has an area of 55 square meters. It is modern and spacious and ideal for a holiday with family or young couples. This property has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with three single beds, which can also be put together. There is a cozy living and dining area with a fireplace and TV.
