The larger apartment for up to 7 people is on the first floor and has a terrace with a table and chairs on the side. There is a barbecue area in the garden. The apartment is close to the sea. Tourists walk to the beach. We have our own parking, cars are not on the road. The apartments are large and comfortable, but the furniture is still a little older. We try to keep everything clean and tidy and we give every new tourist clean and ironed bedding - bed sheets and pillowcases.

Formerly a place of farmers, cowherds, and olive growers, Kornic turned from the village without contact with the sea into a true tourist pearl of the island Krk. Kornić is an ideal destination: for those who want a quiet holiday on isolated beaches, for families with children, for young people (water ski lift, beach bars, Beach volleyball...). In the village, there is a supermarket, bakery, post office, cafe bar, tavern. Excellent sheep cheese and premium olive oil can be obtained in family farms where sheep and olives are grown. You will find beautiful natural entities, historical and cultural sights. Guests who love adventures and natural beauties can rent a boat to visit many beautiful inaccessible beaches. There is a lot of organized boat excursions available. Bicycle lovers will come to their own on the island, driving along the paths bounded by drywalls, inside which are olive groves, fig-trees, and pine forests. There is also an unavoidable and fantastic gastronomic offer based on fresh fish, island lamb, sheep cheese, and olive oil, and in the old town of Vrbnik, it is recommended to taste the well-known Vrbnicka Zlahtina wine.

Podgora is a beautiful town, rich with small bays and sandy beaches with a clear blue sea. Just a mile north there is a national nature park Biokovo that is highly worth a visit, walking, cycling or even a picnic. Don't forget Makarska, an adorable city full of history and culture which will leave you breathless. Podgora offers daily trips to the surrounding islands of the Riviera, you can try a number of water sports, or you can go white water rafting in Cetina river, Omiš. Next to the kitchen there is a separate storage room.

In the village Kornić is a cafe and shop (100m from the house), as well as a seasonal restaurant MAREA (50m from the house). In the village there is a post office, beauty salon, bakery, and 2km north of Lakmartin is the farm OPG MAGRIŽ.
