All apartments have a separate entrance and a parking place with a covered pergola. The house was built in 2008. from bricks with alu. locksmith. Each apartment has an air conditioning that allows heating and cooling. The house is located in a quiet part of Banjol, 50 m away from the main road and 150 meters from the beach which is ideal for children and adults, a part of the pebble beach and the second rocky coast.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
