Property description

The newly built house is situated in a quiet area, just 5 min walk to the center and 10 min to the beach Dražica. There is only one apartment for rent, on the ground floor, (50m2) for up to 4 persons. Because of that you will be the only guests and enjoy like you're in your own home. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room is a sofa bed for two persons (150 cm wide). Both rooms have air conditioner. There is a big shower in the bathroom, washing machine and hairdryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, oven, cooking stove, kettle, and big refrigerator with freezer. Outside is a table with chairs on the terrace ideal for a relaxing afternoon.
