VAMOS A LA PLAYA apartment is located in a closed apartment complex, Kumenat. Apartment complex Kumenat is located about 1500 m south of the center of Biograd, which can be reached by road or promenade by the sea. Apartment complex is not a residential area but only a quiet apartment area without traffic. Near the apartment complex is a shop and a pebble beach with a beach bar. Apartment VAMOS A LA PLAYA has a large terrace with barbecue, and is located only 10m from the beach. Guests of the apartments have free parking within the village. The apartment is fully equipped: kitchen, air conditioning, TV, washing machine ... Possibility to accommodate up to 6 people, 2 rooms with double bed and one extra bed for two adults.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

Pomalá wi-fi. Apartmán není čistý. Chybí povlečení na deky. Hlučná a nesnášenlivá sousedka kuřačka, která kouří přímo pod okny ubytování, pouští pračku, kterou má venku pod okny ložnice apartmánu, do pozdních nočních hodin. Majitelka předá apartmán přes služebnou, sama komunikuje jen po telefonu a zajímá ji pouze, zda máte peníze na zaplacení, problémy neřeší. Služebná předá klíče od kontejnerů, které jsou vzdálené 100 m, ale neukáže, který patří k ubytování a místní Vám pak vynadají, že to nevíte. Klimatizace umístěná v obývacím pokoji, vychladí jen obývák, ale ne místnosti, ve kterých se spí. Tma ve všech místnostech, protože na oknech jsou dřevěné okenice, které nejdou otevřít, protože na parapetu jsou květiny. Na oknech jsou sice moskytiéry, ale jsou děravé. Majitelka neupozorní na nemožnost chodit podél domu k vodě, to se dozvíte až od protivných sousedů, musíte chodit jen po schodišti, které je navíc velmi kluzké a tím nebezpečné. Apartmán je sice kousek od moře, ale výhled na moře nemá.
