It is only 100 m far from the famous beaches and 10 minutes walk away from the historic town center. The house is situated in a good location that offers peace and serenity even in the midst of the summer season. The house was built of famous Brac stone and combines modern and traditional construction. The combination of luxury and comfort are the words that best describe our apartments. Luxury apartments on the second floor with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has a double bedroom, kitchen, dining area, living area with sofa bed for two, bathroom and terrace (12 m2). The apartment size is 50 m2. The apartment is modern and new equiped, air conditioned and has satellite – TV, Wireless Internet, safe, kitchen consist of ( Stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster), washing machine and hairdryer. We are ready to respond to the needs of our guests throughout the tourist season. Our apartment accommodation is designed in a way that provides guests with maximum comfort.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you arrive to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
