Apartments Villa Gracin ( Brač - Povlja)
A traditional Dalmatian house, made of stone, on a very attractive and quiet location in Povlja on island Brac, in imediate vicinity of the beach and 950 meters from the center of Povlja. Three one-bedroom and one studio apartment (cca. 25 m2 each) are on the ground floor of the house. The maximum capacity of each apartment is three adults or two adults with two children up to 12 years old. The third person or two children, sleep on the couch in the living room. The couch in each of the apartments can be converted into spacious bed approx. 1.90 m x 1.20 m. All apartments have separate entrances and also own terraces with furniture, a bedroom with a double-bed, a kitchen with dining area and living room in one large room, as well as bathrooms with showers. Private parking in front of the house, sat tv, air-conditioning, wi-fi internet and safe are standard equipment of all apartments and are not charged extra. Tourist tax is included in the price.

The apartment has a terrace with a fireplace for barbecue and a terrace with the sea view which have separate tables and chairs. TV is in the living room and wireless internet access is provided. The apartment is equipped with dishes for preparing and serving food and drinks and cutlery in adequate quantities. Its located on the first floor of the family house in the center of Povlja, near the sea (40 m), grocery shop (50 m), numerous beaches, cafés, bars and restaurants. The price includes parking place in front of the house, use of the boat mooring, bed linen and towels, cleaning after departure and the use of baby crib if necessary. Pets are allowed. Use of extra bed is possible at extra charge.
