Villa Camellia opened its doors for the first time in the season 2013th offering studio apartment (2+1). In the season 2014. we are opening a new 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Villa Camellia. Studio apartment is luxuriously furnished and will meet the wishes and needs of each customer. Includes: fully equipped kitchen, high quality kitchen equipment (built-in microwave, electric oven, gas / electric stove, fridge and freezer large capacity (Plasmacluster), electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, electric safe, air conditioning, dining room , a two-seater, a gallery with a bedroom, Smart TV 46, free wireless internet, satellite, CD / radio, DVD player, bathroom, hair drier, towels, high quality linen. Apartment is also luxuriously furnished and will meet the wishes and needs of each customer. It is equipped with upper class Italian furniture/appliances. All chandeliers, wall, ceiling and bed side lamps are made by Italian brand designers. Includes: fully equipped Scavollini kitchen and dinning space, high quality kitchen equipment (dishwasher, gas/electric stove, electric oven, large extra wide Sharp deep freezer/cooler (Plasmacluster), electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Gaggia coffee machine, microwave), dining room, living room (large sofa and two deep chairs, Smart TV-Phillips 46 inch connected to cable network and stereo tuner speakers system ), bathroom ( fully equipped with high quality bath/shower, washing sink, toilet bowl, bidet, laundry washing machine (Bosch), hair drier, el. heater stand for bathroom towels, body weight scale, towels…), two bedrooms with double beds ( both rooms equipped with 42 inch Phillips TV coupled to cable network with variety of good quality channels, high quality linen), electric safe, free wireless internet, satellite, CD / radio, DVD player, iron/ironing board, temperature in whole apartment is controlled by advanced Mitsubishi inverter cooling unit. Outside apartment there is a large terrace with a big table (oak topped) and iron wrought chairs. Surrounded by lovely flowers you will enjoy every minute spent there. Our guests have at their disposal the garden with several seatting places and grill where will surely spend some unforgettable moments. In front of Villa Camellia our guests can enjoy new swimming pool - Compass, type Brilliant. Control of pool water is fully automated: disinfection of water is control by electronic salt electrolyses unit, whirpool. No chlorine is added in to the water!!! Beside the pool you’ll find first class relaxing deck chairs, solar shower, ... Yard is walled from the adjoining street so intimacy is guaranteed. Family Pancirov is at service to help arrange tours, restaurant reservations, transfers upon arrival and departure and so on. In our apartments our guests will find info book with a variety of recommendations that will complement their vacation. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you arrive to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
