Newly renovated apartments are located in a family house in a quiet part of Brodarica, just 100 meters from the beach. Each apartment has a parking space. The apartments are modernly equipped with air conditioning, internet, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The price includes bed sheets, towels, and a welcome drink. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The distance from the city of Šibenik is 5 km, Solaris Resort is 3 km, the highway is 5 km, and the shopping center is 3 km. Šibenik and its surroundings offer a rich array of cultural and historical heritage and natural beauty, including the Krka and Kornati National Parks. On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
