Istrian Village Apartments are located in the Istrian region Buje, at 70 m above sea level, where sea and mountain streams, which is especially beneficial for people with chronic illnesses and is a short drive (7 miles) from the most beautiful beaches of the Istrian Kanegra. Kanegra beach is blue flag carrier - confirmation of water quality and clean environment. Buja territory extends from the River Mirna to the River Dragonja, which also marks the border with Slovenia. This land is undulating and hilly covered with vineyards, olive groves and fields sprinkled with oak, oaks and pine forests, karst belt is full of interesting geological phenomena and heaths Mediterranean vegetation amongst which thyme and juniper. Area Bujština todays best known wine growing area of Istria with many wine cellars and agrotouristic households. Nearby there are also very attractive medieval towns most notably Grožnjan, Momjan and Završje. We offer 4 fully furnished apartments equipped with: air conditioning, heating, internet access ... Guests at the disposal of the stone fireplace in the spacious backyard equipped with outdoor furniture and childrens play area for football. Relax in a quiet place, in a pleasant atmosphere.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you arrive to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 11:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
