These South-facing charming apartments are suitable for individual travelers as well as couples and small families. They are newly built and furnished with quality materials and appliances. From the hall, you will be able to access the kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Apartments are very bright with plenty of sunshine in all rooms, with the possibility to roll down the blinds, if desired. The living room and bedroom windows are also equipped with mosquito nets. Each apartment has 60m2 + 35m2 of terraces and balconies that can be accessed from both, bedroom and living room, which are an absolute highlight. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea, which is 120m away, as well as a chance to enjoy spectacular sunsets. For a comfortable sleep, the bed is equipped with a spring mattress (160x200cm) and high-quality bed sheets. An avid traveler myself, I, or my family members would be pleased to welcome you to our property, a home away from home. Mavarštica is located on the southern side of the island of Ciovo, characterized by plenty of sunshine and a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea and nearby islands. The ancient town of Trogir is 5km away and Croatia's 2nd largest city of Split is 25km, reachable by car/bus or a boat. Plenty of agencies are offering an excursion to nearby islands and lagoons. A diving center is also nearby. Welcome!
