Newly renovated holiday apartment (4*), offers lots of light and sunshine, and stunning views of Kvarner bay, Adriatic sea and the island of Krk. Living room doors open to the big balcony where you can sun lounge, eat breakfast, watch sunset or starry night sky and enjoy moonlight shining and reflecting in the sea. The apartment has an advantageous position, as it is located close to Podvorska (Lucica) beach and Montys' Dog Beach. Both beaches are clearly visible from the balcony and very suited for families with children as all the amenities such as bars, restaurants, children playgrounds and toilet facilities are nearby. The apartment is well suited for couples, friends, family with children, and family with a pet. Playground is located directly outside the building as well as surrounding gardens, just perfect for a stroll or to read a book on a bench in the shade of trees. Two groceries shops are conveniently positioned opposite the apartment building. Decorated in Mediterranean style and is located 300m from the sea, in the small coastal town called Crikvenica (North Croatia, Kvarner, Primorje County). The apartment is positioned on the second floor (out of three), has a secured entrance and free public street parking. Private parking place is also available upon request (to be paid for). The apartment (4*) is 70m2 in size and provides accommodation for up to five persons and is pet friendly. Supplement for pets: 20 EUR/day, subject to prior request. The apartment offers a balcony\w sea view & lounge area, free air-conditioning, free unlimited Wi-Fi, two sizeable bedrooms, a bathroom with an Italian style walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet. Spacious and airy living room is furnished with a large flat-screen Android TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, as well as the kettle, the filter coffee machine, dishes and cutlery.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung zum Entspannen
Wir haben hier über 4 Wochen am Stück verbracht und eine herrliche Auszeit genossen. Der Ausblick des geräumigen Balkons auf das Meer und die Inseln der Kvarner Bucht ist eine Wohltat für die Seele und war unser Lieblingsort. Aber auch die gut ausgestatteten Räume der komplett neu renovierten Wohnung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Dusche ist eine regelrechte Wellnessoase und die zusätzliche Toilette perfekt. Die Schlafräume sind sehr ruhig und die bequemen Matratzen sind ebenfalls ein Highlight. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie kümmern sich bei Nachfragen sofort und sind sehr, sehr herzlich. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine war perfekt. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Androidfähige TV ebenfalls zum Einsatz gekommen. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Appartement ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Bad ist schon fast eine Wohlfühloase, so gut ist es ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind herrlich ruhig und gehen nach hinten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist jedoch der Balkon mit dem fantastischen Meerblick auf dem man rund um die Uhr verweilen möchte. Dina und ihre Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber, die sich fürsorglich um alle Wünsche kümmern. Wir haben für einen längeren Zeitraum gebucht und haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dieser Aufenthalt war sicher nicht der letzte.
