"Million Dollar Terrace Apartment" is located in an excellent location, a location without fuss and noise, equally far from all the best that Dubrovnik has to offer. In those 15 minutes of leisurely walking, enjoying the architecture of white stone houses, beautiful staircases and passageways full of summer freshness, squares, streets and greenery, you will arrive happy and curious at the place of living tradition, Stradun and the old town core. Dubrovnik is recognizable by its two kilometer long walls, and since 1979 it has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. City beaches, always bathed in the sun, are in the Top 5 destinations with the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. The cable car that leads directly from the city center to the hill of Srđ, from where you can enjoy the most beautiful view of Dubrovnik's Old Town and its walls with the sea horizon in the background, is also a must. Great photos are guaranteed. The "Million Dollar Terrace Apartment" consists of two double rooms with a double bed, each with the capacity to host two people, and one three-bed room with a capacity of three people, in which you have one double and one single bed at your disposal. Fresh, fragrant and clean bed linen and soft towels are something we have in large quantities because we want to spoil you. If you want accommodation for a few more members of the family or company, two more people can be accommodated in the spacious living room on a comfortable extra bed. Simple, ideal accommodation for up to nine people (max. 9 pax). Air conditioners are installed in all rooms, and a large TV is located in the living room. Wi-fi is fast and stable, so you will be able to publish pictures and videos of your vacation on social networks. "Million Dollar Terrace Apartment" has three independent and separate bathrooms, and a kitchen that contains all the equipment you need to prepare, heat, cool or wash something (washing machine and dishwasher). The main advantage of the "Million Dollar Terrace Apartment" is its charming, stone, large terrace partially covered with natural greenery from the sun. With an area of about 60 m², with a dominant and distinctive view, it offers you deckchairs for sunbathing, a large and comfortable table with comfortable chairs, and a lounge corner that is perfect for drinking a cocktail before going for an evening stroll around the city. If you come with your car, we will provide you with safe parking on a public area near the apartment, and if you are arriving by plane at the Dubrovnik airport, which is about 20 km away, passenger transfers in comfortable and pleasant vans are our specialty. With us, you will be able to choose tickets for all city sights, events, concerts, events and festivals, sports activities, etc., which are held in Dubrovnik during your vacation. According to your wishes, we will suggest and organize magical gastronomic and eno experiences, as well as excursions of all tourist categories, all to make your vacation one of those special ones.
