Property description
The apartment is located 20 meters from the sea. This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. Perfectly located close to the Lapad promenade, Mandrac and Copacabana beach, fine dining restaurants, cafes and bars; ideal for a couple getaway or family vacation. Just as you walk out of the property courtyard, an antique stone staircase leads you to the sea. There is a pathway taking you around Lapad peninsula, perfect for jogging or evening walks. The property is only 15 min by bus from Dubrovnik Old town. I takes you less than 5 minute walk to get to the bus stop, where you can also find a medium-size supermarket. I am happy to help with any local information you may need, and you can always get in touch with me to ensure everything is going to be as you want. We are available 24/7 on our phones, and can also be reached via Viber and Whats app in case of any emergencies or assistance you may require, otherwise you will have complete privacy. On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.
