Property description
Our apartments are located in the center of Duce by the road, only 10 meters from the beach and sea! Despite road being close, apartments are very quite and cosy, and are having 6 parking spaces. There are 6 apartments, from which four of them accommodates 3 persons and two of them accommodates 4 persons. Apartments are air conditioned, with TV, kitchen, with all accessories and linen provided. Smoking is allowed in apartments. All apartments also have a terrace. Within the apartments 300 meter radius there are numerous restaurants and beach bars. Doctor and drug store are 500 meters away. Apartments are 1.5 kilometers far from the historical pirate town of Omiš, located on the river of Cetina.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
