The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with pull-out couch for 2 people, open fireplace, SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, 2 bathrooms (shower and toilet in each), washing machine available in the apartment. Air conditioning is in the living room. Guests have free access to wi-fi internet. Parking available in front of the apartment, free of charge. Private terrace with table and chairs in front of the apartment. Owners live in the same house, but guests have separate entrance. The nearest pebble beaches can be reached by foot or by car, approx. 7 min walking distance. In the center of Fažana (1 km) guest can take the boat excursion to the National Park Brijuni islands, enjoy walking along the beach, beach bars, restaurants. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.
