House Helena is situated in town of Gradac, 150 meters from the beach, promenade, restaurants and shops. Supermarket is 80 meters from the house, and sports terein and childrens playground is only 50 meters from the house. Gradac has lots of pebble beaches, a lots of restaurant and bars. In the house is six apartments, all have large balconies.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 25% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 75% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 25 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 25 €
The final cleaning is 15 €
