Property description
Directly facing the sea (approx. 25 m away), the house is divided into three floors, the part of ground floor used by the owners, part of ground floor, the first floor and part of attic reserved for guests. You will only meet the owners in passing, or when you want to speak with them, or 100 meters from the romantic love rock ! The plot is about 800 m2 , on a slight 25 ° slope. A paved road leads to the villa, which is detached and situated in a pine grove. At the bottom of the plot is a garage for 6 cars. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 13:00 pm.
