Quiet location, pleasant ambiance, old Villa Ana, large garden, gazebo with outdoor kitchen, private parking, and security await guests. I expect guests who are under stress and want to get rid of it on vacation. I satisfy all the wishes of the guests. The guest is always my first priority. Very quiet neighborhood. Surrounded by greenery and located near the sea. A special pleasure is an evening walk along Opatija's famous promenade called Lungomare, which stretches along the immediate coast of the azure sea on one side to Opatija and on the other to Lovran. Walking along the promenade, you enjoy breathing in the mild Mediterranean air that mixes with the mountain air that descends from the Učka mountain, a national park. If you are a fan of walking and hiking along the path from Opatija, you can climb to the top of Učka.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
