The beds in the room measure 90x200 cm and can be combined into a double bed or separated into individual, single beds. The couch in the living room folds out into a 140x200 bed. In addition to the necessary, such as a sufficient amount of towels and bed linen, you also have a Nespresso coffee machine with welcome capsules and a toaster at your disposal, and in the bathroom you will find a hair dryer and hotel cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, cosmetic set, washing set teeth, shaving set, sewing set). Studio apartment IST consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room/bedroom and balcony. The beds are 80x200 cm and can be made into a double bed or separated into single beds. The studio apartment IST is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, free internet connection, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher with the necessary detergents and a microwave oven. I In addition to the necessary, such as a sufficient amount of towels and bed linen, you also have a Nespresso coffee machine with welcome capsules and a toaster at your disposal, and in the bathroom you will find a hair dryer and hotel cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, cosmetic set, washing set teeth, shaving set, sewing set). Studio apartment IST has a balcony overlooking the north side, i.e. the garden and the hill Straža. Regardless of which apartment you choose, you will find an arrangement that is both attractive and comfortable. Payment and notes

Tourist tax is included in the price!

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 15:00 pm.

The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 100 €
