Property description
Jadranovo, a small tourist resort just nine kilometers from the popular Mediterranean summer resort Crikvenica. Situated on the sunny northern Adriatic coast, Jadranovo is recognizable by its numerous beaches, romantic, secluded coves and crystal clear sea, and a natural phenomenon is also a medicinal mud in the Lokveš bay. Apartments Eden are located in a family house surrounded by greenery, located in a quiet and peaceful area and have a separate entrance. Next to the house there is a private park of approximately 400 square meters with a paved pavilion of about 35 square meters, in which both apartments have a garden table and chairs and an elevated panoramic terrace with a beautiful sea view about 40 square meters and three smaller terraces on the ground floor. Apartment A1 is located on the ground floor and apartment A2 on the 1st floor. They are similarly arranged and are equally equipped with accessories: cutlery and dishes, kitchenware, fridge, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine, etc. The apartments have an entrance hall, bedroom, bathroom, living room with a mini kitchenette with a table and chairs, and a pull-out sofa for two adults. Parking for both apartments is provided in the enclosed yard next to the house.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

The use of the air conditioner is additionally charged 9 €/night.
