Property description
DONJI KARIN is peaceful resort, ideal for rest and beach activities. Its tourist village of app 300 houses, placed in pine and oak tree surroundings, which with mixture of Mediterranean and continental climate provides sense of clean and natural environment. Bay called KARIN SEA is an area of nice beaches perfect for children (mild approach, shallow, warm and clean water, a lot of shades, provided by pine trees). Next to the beach is an area of curative mud which some people apply and, as they say, it significantly helps in healing rheumatic deceases and traumatic injuries. In the range of 30 km are ZADAR, PAKOŠTANE, NIN, ZATON, BIOGRAD, KRKA WATERFALLS, NATIONAL PARK PAKLENICA, ZRMANJA RIVER CANYON… beautiful excursions targets. Highway distance only 15 km. International Airport (Zadar-Zemunik) is only 20 km away. In this sort of environment are placed NINA APARTMENTS. Only 70 m from the beach and with wonderful sea and mountain Velebit view provides perfect ambiance. Two almost identical apartments: GREEN and BLUE are size of 40 m2: each consists of sleeping room, bathroom, living-room with well equipped kitchen and wide terrace. There are WI-FI, air cond., washing machine and dishwasher... RED APARTMENT! Ground floor apartment has a huge 60m2 fenced terrace with the sea-view. Consists of two sleeping rooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom. There is WI-FI, air cond., sat TV and washing machine... Each apartment has separate parking, entrance, sea view and sea side. Fire place for barbecue is placed in back yard and it is available for all guests. Rent price is for the apartment per day (for max. 2 persons, 10 Euros plus for extra person): GREEN and BLUE (2+2) - 01.06.-30.09. 50 euros. RED (4+1) - 01.06.-30.09. 60 euros. Out of high season: 40 euros per day for Green and Blue apartment and 50 euros per day for Red apartment!!! Booking fee is in amount of min. 3 day rent, rest is to be paied on arrival. CHEK IN: from 14 h CHEK OUT: until 09 h NINA APARTMENTS WELCOME!!!!!!!

Tourist tax is included in the price!
For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 5 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 100 €
