Apartment A4- Nikola is located on the second floor of the family house in the center of the small town Racisce 12 km away from the town of Korcula. It consists of two rooms with two double (double) beds and one extra bed, kitchen and living room with sofa bed and bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. On the north side is a balcony of 16 m 2 with a view of the sea and the center and on the south side a balcony of 6 m2 with a view of the gardens. The capacity is 4 people with one additional person on the extra bed and one person on the sofa bed.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 12:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 100 €/night.
The use of the air conditioner is additionally charged 10 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 100 €
The final cleaning is 5 €
