For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

Prljavo!!!
Apartman nas je dočekao prljav. Paučina, prašina, mrtve bube u plafonjeri u hodniku ( svjetlo nije radilo dok smo mi bili tamo, možda je žarulja pregorila pa je vlasnicima bio problem staviti novu ), prljavi pribor za jelo, prljava pećnica, napa ( koja uopće nije radila, osim svjetla na njoj ),prašina ispod kreveta, ulazna vrata i vrata od kupaonice masna itd. Gospođa je navodno taj dan kad smo mi dolazili očistila apartman.Kad smo prigovorili za čistoću gospođa nam je rekla da napustimo apartman jer nam ona ništa osim toga ne može ponuditi a kako je rekla - mi smo očito zahtjevniji gosti. Da ne gubimo vrijeme na traženje drugih apartmana prihvatili smo stanje takvo kakvo je bilo, očistili i dezinficirali sve sami i platili gospođi cijenu koju je tražila. Suđe smo ponijeli svoje, pa njezino nismo koristili osim pribora za jelo (vilice) , jer nažalost na otoku nismo mogli kupiti novi, pa smo bili prisiljeni dezinficirati onaj koji se nalazio u apartmanu. Boravili smo u puno apartmana, ali još nigdje nismo naletjeli na ovakvu bahatost i neljubaznost. Zaključak svega je previše novaca za nikakvu uslugu. Što se tiče Korčule prekrasna je i svakako ćemo ju opet posjetiti.
