Our two bedroom apartments with living room have been in the tourist business since 2002 and are located on the island of Krk in Malinska. They have a balcony, a terrace, a barbecue area and a parking lot. Shops and restaurants are about 200 meters away. The doctor's office and pharmacy are located in the center. Rijeka Airport is 15 km from Malinska. The island of Krk is characterized by a mild Mediterranean climate, clean air, clean water and a variety of natural and cultural beauty. The popular resort of Malinska is located west of the island of Krk. The Malinska area is known for its 260 sunny days a year. Many beautiful beaches and coves await swimmers in Malinska, along with a number of sports facilities, including boat rental. In almost all parts of Malinska there are cafes and small shops that provide a pleasant atmosphere and refreshment. The beach in the center of Malinska "Rupa" is a blue flag bearer due to its equipment and cleanliness. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
Additional payments
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 200 €
The final cleaning is 50 €
