Property description
The house has two apartments, each 50 square meters. Equipped kitchen, satellite TV in one room, in another TV with Croatian programs. Air-conditioned space, one air conditioner. Internet, wi-fi is free. The apartment has five rooms, hallway, toilet, double room, twin room and kitchen. Bed linen and all equipment are included in the price. As well as state taxes. The apartments have one private parking space, also a paid parking card for parking throughout Punat - for our guests free of charge. Just leave the card in a visible place in the car.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 50% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 50% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 11:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
