This beautiful, new studio apartment is located in a quiet environment at the entrance to Kučište, only 2 kilometers away from Orebic on the peninsula Peljesac. It is located in the center of town on the ground floor of a family house, about 20m2. It consists of a double bed, a living area with a kitchen and a toilet. In front of the apartment is a courtyard of about 5 m2 with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV and internet, and guests have at their disposal a barbecue in front of the house and they are provided with parking for the vehicle. The apartment is 80 meters away from the sea, and from the supermarket, the post office, restaurants and cafés about 100 meters away. Immediately below the house is also a boat that drives several times a day to Korčula city. The special benefit for surfing lovers is the vicinity of the "surf zone", which has several schools and centers for renting equipment for Windsurfing and Kitesurfing. The apartment is 100 m away from the center. In the center, there is a shop, post office, restaurant and cafe bar. Also, within a 1 km radius, there is a surf zone, where you can surf, as well as rent surfing equipment, bicycles, canoes ... boat dock for Korčula is only 40 m away from the apartment.
