Dear guests, We are presenting you a new opened apartment complex Batimat apartments. Our mini apartment complex is intended for all types of tourists that want to have a resting and relaxing atmosphere. With the smell of morning coffee on the terrace mixed with the smell of the sea, along with a wide range of activities, you are guaranteed to have a perfect holiday at our complexes. Some of the activities you can participate in are swimming, jogging, cycling, and hiking, all while enjoying the smell of olive trees and lavander within 30 km from the National Park Paklenica. Batimat apartment complex has 21 apartment units. The units are divided into large (apartments type 1) and small (apartments type 2) apartments. We also accommodate for people with disabilities. The apartments are suitable for singles and couples, friends, families. Our brand new and luxurious interior will delight you! Batimat apartment complex is located in a small fishing place Ljubac, fourteen kilometers to the east of Zadar and thirty kilometers from the island of Pag in the west. The village has two small stores and two restaurants/pizzerias. In the village, Ljubac offers home-grown seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as olive oil harvested directly from the fields. Ljuba has a small harbor where Batimat apartments have their own powerboats and kayaks that can be conveniently rented. Ljuba is 15 minutes away from the city center of Zadar and 30 minutes away form airport Zemunik, which makes traveling very easy. In Zadar you can enjoy summer festivities throughout the village such as outdoor concerts, as well as a variety of clubs and restaurants.
