Built in 1892 and several times renovated and adjusted for nowadays life. i It is completely furnished residence with the spectacular view on the Adriatic sea and islands Brac and Hvar. Safe and cool house where you can relax after an exciting day of sightseeing or after swimming at the beach. It is located in the hill, 2.5 km from the beach, 357 m above sea level, and it gives the visitor a pleasant tranquility and independence rural residence, away from busy roads. The extra-healthy climate (the mixture of sea and mountain air) has beneficial effects on heart and circulatory disease and helps with respiratory illnesses. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms with a nice view on a landscape. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped.In the dining room and living room there are 2 LCD TV with satellite channels. In the basement there is a second bathroom as well as the place for ironing, hair dryer, washing machine and keeping room for beach accessories. Interior is connected with staircase. One separated apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a small terrace, suitable for 2 people, is detached to the house. There is parking place 30m available from the house. There is no public transport to the village so you need a car of your own.
