Large apartments have 2 bedrooms, 2 large sofa beds (200x200), 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen and a total of 3 balconies. Studio apartments for 2-3 people have their own kitchen, balcony and bathroom. The facility has a reception that works every day from 08:30 to 17:00. A private parking space is available to all users of the accommodation. In all rooms there is an adjustable automatic air conditioning system.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
