Property description

Not far from the town of Makarska is situated villa with Toni, consisting of four apartments, each with a separate entrance. The villa with garden is spread over 2400 m2, recognizable by its beautiful shrubs and flowers. Ground floor apartments have spacious terraces, pleasant to relax and children can play. Villa also boasts a large covered barbecue (summer kitchen), where they can prepare various delicacies, and a huge parking lot. Near the villa (1.5 km) is famous nudist beach Nugal to which access is enabled only on foot. Breakfast is optional with an extra charge of € 6. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.

The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 200 €

The final cleaning is 50 €
