Straight on sea and 2 pebble beaches A WHOLE HOUSE FLOOR WITH TERRACE IN SHADE ( 70+30 M2) Our big 2 bedroom apartment is located in the first line from sea and 2 pebble beaches in small place Poljica. It has capacity 4 adults + 1 child. There's only this accommodation unit in house, no other guests. It is only few steps away from restaurants and coffee bars. Apartment is situated on the ground house floor. It has a private entrance and private terrace in shade. It is 70 sqm big + 30 sqm terrace . Consists of: 2 bedrooms ( each with double bed , 1 additional bed available ), 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen with living and dining room ( sofa bed for 1 person) . Terrace doesn't have direct view on sea, but it is surrounded by greenary in garden with Mediteranien trees and vegetables . Amenities: air conditioning, tv, wi-fi , bed linen, towels, soap, microwave oven, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen rugs and roll, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, grill, private parking.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 40% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 60% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
Additional payments
Pets are welcome and are charged extra 10 €/night.
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 200 €
