The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living and kitchen area with a sofa bed. You have a nice bathroom. In addition, you have a gallery in the apartment. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea. The beach in Posesi, about 200 m away, can be easily reached on foot. The large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin can be easily reached along the beach promenade. There are a large number of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Medulin also has shopping opportunities, you have several supermarkets here such as Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Fresh bread rolls are also available from the various bakeries. Excursions can be easily started from here. Pula with its large amphitheater and its famous weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can simply hop on the bus and be taken to Pula and back without the stress of looking for a parking space. (a stop is about 5 minutes from the house) If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked bike routes. You can also rent a bike on site if necessary.
