Property description

The house is located in the local area Posesi, in Medulin. The apartment is approx. 60 m² in size and has an approx. 20 m² balcony from which you have a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is my own and you have the entire 1st floor to yourself. The apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms with large box spring beds. You have a large bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom for your use. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), toaster and kettle. In the lounge area you have an additional couch (can be pulled out to a large sofa bed) as well as a television with satellite TV and air conditioning. The beach in Posesi reach in about 2-3 minutes comfortably on foot. The large sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin can easily be reached along the beach promenade. Restaurants, cafes and bars are available in large numbers in the area. Also for shopping is provided in Medulin, you have several supermarkets such. Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Even fresh bread is taken care of at the various bakery. Excursions can be started easily from here. Pula with its large amphitheater and its famous weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, just hop on the bus and get back to Pula and back without stress and parking. (one stop is about 5 minutes away from the house) If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked cycling routes. You can also rent a bike on site if required. The excursion areas of the Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or the bays of Liznijan, Sisan are also easy and quick to start from here.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
