Property description
We will welcome you in the new build house located first row by the sea with four equipped and comfortable apartments of 40 m2 with 2 + 2 beds. You can enjoy on shady terrace, the barbecue and place for relaxation and fun in the garden. You have your own parking place and the possibility to use sun luongers and parasols for the beach. To the nearest sandy or rocky beach you will just have to cross one non-traffic street wich you can use, over the evening hours, for long walks or bike riding. At a distance of 500 m there are bars, restaurants, shops, the post office and the pharmacy.

Tourist tax is not included in the price!
For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
