Property description
The apartments are located in a quiet street with no traffic near the marina. The first apartment Sunčana is located on the ground floor and contains 2 bedrooms (a double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed), a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, a bathroom and a terrace with a barbecue. The second apartment Luca has 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining room and a small balcony. The sea is just behind the house 20 meters away, and the nearest sandy beach is 50 meters away. The facility is located a 5-minute walk from the center, where there are restaurants, shops, cafes, a post office and the museum of Betin's wooden shipbuilding. Betina is a quiet little place where everything is close to you. It is located not far from the cities of Zadar and Šibenik, as well as from 2 Croatian national parks (NP Krka and NP Kornati) and the nature park Vransko jezero (about 35-40 minutes away by car). The owner is always at your service! We offer additional contents: 1. Private tourist trips to Kornati. In addition to the apartments in Betina, we have a house in Kornati that we also rent out, and the owner organizes private tourist trips for interested guests. The Kornati islands are the island paradise of the Mediterranean, special because of their exceptional natural beauty, the wide indentation of the coast, the preserved nature and the rich marine ecosystem. 2. Mooring for the boat behind the house. If you want to come with your own boat and sail our Adriatic Sea, we offer a mooring for the boat at a price of €10 per day. Pets are allowed and we do not charge for them. Feel free to contact us for any information!

Tourist tax is included in the price!
For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 20% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 80% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 08:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 12:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 5 €/night.
