Property description

The apartment is located on the island of Murter in Murter. The beautiful island of Murter is located between the historic cities of Zadar and Šibenik. It is connected to the mainland by a bridge, which completely ensures traffic communication. The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated house in a quiet street and as such provides peace and discretion for a pleasant holiday. The apartment can accommodate 3 people (2 + 1). Its area of 50 m2 consists of a kitchen/dining/living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea. In the bedroom there is a queen sized bed (dimensions 160x200cm) and in the living room a comfortable sofa bed. It is equipped with all household appliances, 4k android and satelit television, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and a parking space under video surveillance. The washing machine is sufficient to maintain the cleanliness of your laundry during your stay in our apartment. The facility is not intended for smokers but has a balcony where smoking is allowed. We pay a lot of attention to maintaining the cleaness and proper hygiene of the entire apartment, especially the bathroom so that you can completely relax during your stay in our apartment. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to deposit a sum of 100 euros in case of damage, if there is no damage, the amount is returned to the guest. The island of Murter is rich in greenery, natural beaches, clean sea and clean air. Murter is the headquarter of the Kornati National Park while the Krka National Park is nearby. You will be able to enjoy a rich gastronomic offer, numerous cultural and historical sights, music and artistic events. All of this provides plenty of opportunities for a pleasant and unforgettable vacation.
