Bookings are weekly from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The apartment is located on the first floor with a nice terrace, on the sunny side of the house in a quiet area. Charge for the air conditioning per day and flat (optional) 5 eur. House is surrounded by private garden, close to the beach and to the old city center (5 minutes by walk), and other locations like restaurants or groceries are only minutes away. We can also proudly say this is a licensed tourist traveler accommodation. The apartment is available for seven people also. Our biggest apartment offers television with lots and lots of European channels for your every need. If you like spaceous and light homes you’ll love this apartment. It has windows on two best sides of the residence so the sun warms everything up all day long. Of course, with four seperate bedrooms. The kitchen and the bathroom are also included, plus it has the terrace and lots of space around for your luggage and belongings. So if you are thinking of coming to Novigrad, and would like to stay in a private apartment rather than staying in a hotel, please contact us for a friendly welcome. Youll find our house a great base to start exploring Novigrad and the surrounding area. When receiving the reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the prices of accommodation within 5 days of the reservation becomes final. The balance is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Reservations are in peak season weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Check it after 14 hours, and leave the apartment by 10 am. For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
