For larger groups, renting an auxiliary house (apartment) for another 2+1 persons is possible. Villa Ella is a renovated traditional Istrian house with thick stone walls. The villa in the main house has 5 bedrooms, 2 flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, 3 bathrooms with bathtub, and 2 outdoor showers. The villa has free wireless internet access and air conditioners on each floor. Villa Ella guarantees guests complete privacy and distance from neighbours, and therefore absolute peace and safe vacation in the circle of family and friends. Around the villa is a beautiful large green garden of 1700 m2 which is fenced. Pets are therefore welcome if they do not enter the bedrooms. In the garden, there are native fruit trees that are free to try, a children's playground, a trampoline and a pool table, so everything is ideally prepared for the stay of families with children. The garden also has a large, additionally heated swimming pool that can be covered and used in the off-season. On the large terrace is a large fireplace and all the equipment for the barbecue. as well as sunbeds. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but not inside. As the Villa is located above Opatija, a light breeze blows during the night, enabling a peaceful and pleasant sleep, so using the air conditioner at night is unnecessary. The apartments are located less than 3 km from the sea in a family house, in a quiet street, so you will have the impression that you are far from the city noise and yet you are so close! The main bus station is 2 km from the apartment, the same as the train station, and the city of Rijeka is 14 km away, Krk airport is 14 km away. Učka Nature Park is 15 km away. The islands of Cres and Lošinj are also close, as is Istria, so if you like to explore and get to know natural beauty, I definitely recommend it. I recommend a car because the bus lines are bad. At the same time, you can walk down to the beach (10-15 minutes) and take a taxi back (around €6).
