Guesthouse Markovic consists of 4 apartments and 1 Studio, a common outdoor seasonal swimming pool (30.04.-15.10.), and a large terrace. The whole house is modernly decorated, in accordance with the environment and regional characteristics. Situated in wooded Veprinac, 9 km above Opatija, it provides privacy, calmness, and freshness... but at the same time is only a few minutes distant from tourist centers like beautiful Opatija, attractive Volosko, Ičići and gorgeous blue sea... The entire area around the property is suitable for walking, hiking, trekking, bike riding, horse riding is available in 8 km distant Učka Nature Park. Close to the Guesthouse, there's a footpath through the woods leading to Opatija in a 20 min walk... this is the place for nature lovers! You can also enjoy numerous facilities available from nearest tourist centers, beaches, nature, bars, restaurants, nightlife... throughout the year... For shared use: terrace, swimming pool angular (25 m2, 160 cm, 30.04.-15.10.) with built-in steps, outside shower, free Wi-Fi provided throughout the property, free private parking on-site, sitting area, washing machine for common use (extra), storage room for equipment, patio, large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, sea view, garden view, outdoor furniture, barbecue, medical massage is offered on request (extra). This is the place where love between the sea and the forest was born…

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.
