Dear guests, our apartments are located in one of the most beautiful beaches on the island - Caska, only 80 meters from the sea. The house has 2 fully equipped apartments, each 45 m2 + 20 m2 terrace overlooking the sea and beach. Each apartment has a separate entrance and the terraces can be connected into one partition wall. The apartment has two separate rooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds, bathroom, kitchen with living room, all equipped for 4 people. Tourist tax is included in the price!
For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 25% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 75% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
Additional payments
The security deposit (deposit in case of material damage) is 100 €
The final cleaning is 50 €
