We are happy to warmly welcome you as our guest at the apartments Matej and we hope you will feel well and relaxed within our four walls. There are 3 apartments in the house. Two apartments are with 2 rooms and one apartment is with one room. Continuing a 35 years tradition of our family we proudly present to you Matej apartments. It is comfortable delightful family atmosphere apartments. All apartments are air-conditioned. The balconies provides for a great place to have a meal with your family or friends or relax with your favorite drink and enjoy the sunrise or sunset view. In the evening you can enjoy the sparking lights if the Island Brac or see the lighted sky over the area. Apartments are fully equipped with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home. House is located 100 m from the sea, the nearest pebble beach is only 150 m away, market is 200m away, bus stop 200 m, the nearest restaurant 200 m, doctor, pediatrician and pharmacy 1 km away, tennis courts 1,5 km, mini golf 1,5 km, de lux hotel Le Meridien Lav 1.5 km, main bus station, ferry and train station are located in Split 10 km away, Split airport 25 km, National nature park Krka (waterfalls) 80 km, Plitvice Lakes national park 250 km, Medjugorje 150 km away.

Payment and notes

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
