Studio Apartments Ivica are situated in a family house in Primosten, on a beautiful beach Mala Raduca. We offer 3 studio apartments, all equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, along with free parking and Wi-Fi. The capacity of each apartment is max. 2 people. The Ap 2 and Ap 3 are identical, but located on different floors, and each apartment has its own balcony with spectacular sea view and sitting area. Ap 1 is the only apartment that doesn't have balcony, instead, there is a small loggia (1m2), from which you can see the sea, but it's not so spacious like it's in other two apartments. Spend your vacation in our apartments and let the beauty of Primosten impress you.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 5 €/night.
