Sweet cottage with spacious garden and private pool. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV with netflix, mosquito nets on all windows, three terraces for relaxation, barbecue area and there is also a free parking on spot. It accommodates four people and contains everything you need for a quality and peaceful vacation. It is located in a calm neighborhood, surrounded by nature and it offers an authentic countryside experience. Space Comfortable vacation apartment with a private pool, situated only 6 km from the sea and the beaches and the distance from Pula, the largest city in Istria is 7km. The apartment is charming and cozy, it has around 50 m2 and consists of one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen with dining area and bathroom with shower. The apartment has a spacious terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the warm Istrian climate and relax in the quiet evenings. In the garden there is also an additional covered terrace with barbecue where our guests can prepare delicious meat or fish dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc .. The apartment has a private pool, outdoor grill to spend unforgettable summer days and evenings and a lot of green area suitable for children. Available to the guests Guests have at their disposal the entire house with the spacious terrace, a private parking place and a barbeque area to ensure a relaxed holiday experience. The pool will be exclusively at your disposal and you will be free to move on the whole surrounding fenced area. Surroundings The apartment is a self-standing house located in the small village Valtura, the property is surrounded by a stone wall preserving its privacy, on the property also lives the host in a separate house. The pool is exclusively on disposal to the guests and they are free to move within the whole surrounding fenced area, which ensures a relaxed stay. There is a grocery market in the village, while larger supermarkets are only a few kilometers away from the accommodation. Valtura is a small place located on the Istrian peninsula, known for its cultural and historical heritage dating back to Roman times. Located just 2 km from the most valuable site, Nesactium, which was a very important city in the Bronze Age, this is also one of the favorite places of archaeologists. Valtura is an ideal destination for visitors looking for a holiday away from the crowds in the tourist centers, while the coast itself is located nearby. It is a perfect place for those who want to escape from the city and enjoy the peace and quiet. In the vicinity, guests can enjoy various sports activities such as fishing, cycling, golf, canoeing, horseback riding, swimming, sailing, surfing, diving, tennis, volleyball, water skiing, etc.
