Three-room apartment of 55 m² is located on the first floor of a family house. The living room is open type with dining area, kitchen and exit to a terrace with a unique view. One room has a double bed while in the other two separate beds. The apartment has underfloor heating. For swimming you can choose a sandy or rocky beach with a nice beach access. Near the apartments there are three famous restaurants with fish specialties. The self-service shop is 400 m away. To the city center takes a 5-minute drive. Along the coast, lugomars are interesting and light promenades, trim and bicycle trails linking the nearby oldest beach resorts in Pula, autocamps and hotels. In the vicinity of the apartment (200 m) there is a children's park, a beach volleyball court, racing and exercise equipment and tennis courts.
