This newly built apartment is located in the quiet part of town,it is located on the 4th floor (reachable by elevator) and it is fully furnished and equipped. All facilities such of shops,bank,post office,farmacy,public transportation are only 200m, 10 min walking from the apartment. Apartment is very furnished, new (2017.) for capacity of 2-4 persons. It consist of one bedroom with double bed and one sofa bed, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and terrace. For only 10 minutes by walking you will came to the Arena amphitheater, and for 8-10 minutes to all necessary facilities for your pleasant stay. Most of the shopping centers are within 500 m. The apartment is located 10 min by car from the touristic resort Medulin and Fažana. This is ideal start point for exploring the city and surrounding area which offer s various facilities so you can find something for everyone.
