Property description
The house is located near sandy beaches Livacina, Crnika and Paradise Beach. Although it is located only 500 m from the tourist center of Lopar, the neighborhood is very quiet. We rent only one apartment, in another apartment are living hosts. Apartment has a total of 100 m2, one doublebed and one triplebed room (in rooms can sleep a total of 5 persons). If needed, up to 2 people can sleep on the couch that pulls out into a bed, which is located in the living room. In the apartment there are two bathrooms with showers, cuisine, dining room, living room and balcony with beautiful sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery and tableware, dinnerware, dishwashers, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, oven). The apartment is fully tiled with ceramic tiles and air-conditioned. The price includes all taxes and fees, wireless internet, use of air conditioning and cleaning. In case of reservation for more than seven days, the seventh day be made available to clean sheets. Towels are changed every 2-3 days or upon request. On request every couple of days your host will wash beach towels or clothes.

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.
On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 09:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
