Property description

Welcome to Rab, island of sun, sea and silence, olives, figs and grapes. Welcome to the island of lavender, rosemary, sage and immortelle. Here we find ourselves, in a small village Palit and we are in tourism for about 40 years. Our house is located about 1000 m from the cultural and historic medieval town Rab. In our neighborhood, only 700 m away, there is a famous beach Škver where we have a berth for boats. In front of Škver there is a Frkanj peninsula (island of love) with numerous small beaches where you, dear visitors, can find for yourself secluded spot in the shade of pine trees. We offer breakfast, which is enriched with fruits from our garden (seasonal fruits and vegetables). We love socializing with coffee and cakes and a tasting of our wines, brandies and Orahovica. You can relax in our surroundings because there is plenty of greenery, and is customized for socializing with grill. Next to the house is a large parking lot for your tin pets. If you want good fish and meat delicacies, there are good restaurants with rich food and wine offer.

Tourist tax is included in the price!

For your reservation to be secured it is obligation to pay 30% of full price in advance directly to owner of accommodation and 70% when you come to accommodation unit.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 16:00 pm.

Additional payments

Pets are welcome and are charged extra 5 €/night.

The use of the air conditioner is additionally charged 5 €/night.
