The house is located in a quiet part of the town of Rab near the park Komrčar only 150 m from the town beach whose promenade leads to the old town of Rab. The facility is a 10 minute walk to the center and all amenities, such as shops, infirmary, pharmacies, markets, bus station, restaurants, sports fields ... The nearest restaurant is 50 m from the house. Boats drive from the town beach to the neighboring island of Frkanj every day, where tourists can enjoy wild and secluded beaches. The facility consists of 4 apartments, of which two are studio apartments, one apartment with one bedroom and one with two bedrooms. All apartments are fully and modernly equipped and have a balcony with seating, free wi-fi, one free parking space per apartment and a shared barbecue next to the house.

On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation until 10:00 am, so the other guests can check in from 14:00 pm.
