Size of house is about 150 square metars, it got 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, big living room, kitchen and a study. In the garden there is small pool for children. House is about 500 metars from beach and about 800 from the old city. For parking there is a garage. From the house you can see islands of Cres and Pag and mount Velebit. One bedroom has a balcony. There´s modern fireplace which you can use during summer but if you decide to come during winter you will enjoy. You will also enjoy barbeque where you can make food.
